This award-winning restaurant (meaning ‘dream’ in Turkish) showcases Anatolia’s rich culinary history with contemporary elegance. Modernised dishes have been tried and tested led by Executive Chef Colin Clague, one of the region’s respected culinary talents, having worked with the Burj Al Arab, Zuma in London and Dubai, the Caprice Group and Qbara. Classic pide is perfected by master bakers while other recipes are honed by Chefs renowned for specific culinary skills in their motherland. The multicultural team boasts 15 different languages and let’s not forget the stylish uniform. There are many places to take a pew; at the well stocked bar, in the stylishly designed main restaurant, or on the leafy terrace overlooking the Marina. You would also be silly to overlook dessert…the traditional rice pudding with raspberries, rose ice cream and lokum is outstanding. CP Tip: Try the ‘Özel Menu’ compiled of a specially curated selection of traditional Anatolian treats, available at sunset hours, 6pm to 7.30pm, and Saturday lunch between 12pm and 3.30pm.
