Signature dishes feature lobster carpaccio with fresh tempura artichoke and caviar dressing, grilled asparagus with seared scallops and black truffle, and black-ink spaghetti with baby squid, red shrimps, fennel emulsion and orange-scented oil. Roberto's indoor/outdoor dining area is particularly attractive, however the piano bar and main restaurant are both equally appealing and the food and service are consistently good.
