A hue of red and amber, this contemporary restaurant is spearheaded by Atul Kochhar of London's Benares, one of the first Indian chefs to receive a Michelin star for his native cuisine. Offering exceptional fine dining Indian fare, bursting with flavour. Expect rich gravies, tender meats and fragrant herbs. Ceilings go on forever and diners have the option of a waterside view from the world's tallest hotel. The staff are passionate and attentive in their quest to assure that customers' every need is catered to (whether a stool for your bag or a break in between courses). The restaurant also incorporates seasonal, local produce and sustainable fish options, as well as limited edition, playful fusion menus. CP Tip: For the ultimate experience we recommend the Grazing Menu. Tasting portions of the chef's favourites; including Scottish “lasooni” scallops, Hyderabadi ghost ki galouti (shredded lamb patties), murgh makhani (chicken tikka morsels) and gosht khada masala (slow simmered lamb), all well paired with an international wine selection. The dal, karara kekada (soft shell crab) and butter tossed lobster in “Malai curry” mustard and coconut sauce are also highly recommended.
