Brainchild of entrepreneur Tarun Mahrotri, the bar and restaurant in the heart of the DIFC, offers a selection of crafted cocktails incorporating North and Central American flavours and the small, tapas-style plates allow you to share while you dip in and out of the authentic flavours presented to you. Most of the interior features have been imported from Mexico and rather than heavy on the wasteline, contrary to some of the financial district's more calorifically indulgent establishments, the food here is wholesome and light with 80% of the menu, gluten free.
