Bab Al Yam

Show Map

If you haven't visited Burj Al Arab at least once during your time in Dubai, then Bab Al Yam is a good excuse to swing by one of the world's most iconic hotels in a more casual setting. Juxtaposed from the venue's golden opulence in aesthetic, set by the poolside with a modern and minimalist terrace, this laid-back restaurant offers buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. When we say buffet, we don't mean mounds of mediocre, pre-cooked stodge. This allows you a taster of the unofficial 'Seven Star' quality and service on a less intimidating scale. You'll see tasters of fresh Alaskan King crab legs and Maine lobster, foie gras and quality cheeses. With just a few stations the possibilities are far from limited, as the Chef is happy to rustle up just about anything (if they have it in the kitchen), freshly prepared, with meticulously sourced ingredients. Their terrace and glass front means you can watch the sun rise and set over the Arabian Gulf and if shisha is your thing, the 'Shisha Lounge' (outdoor seating area) serves some of the best in the city. CP Tip: If you head here for breakfast, don't forget to order the French toast…
